I hope that this Forum will become a valuable resource for our members, who can openly share their experiences, ask questions, provide feedback and guidance, and brainstorm on issues of importance to women in radiology, such as maternity leave, childcare, family life, stress, boards, and career development. The goal of this project is to give AAWR members an opportunity to voice personal and professional concerns and receive feedback from peers and other women radiologists who have succeeded in advancing in our specialty.
